In the late 1990s, Atomat began a partnership with Giana, one of the most prestigious brands in the machine tool industry since 1959. In 2018, Giana became part of the Atomat Group, combining the excellence of its lathes with the innovative strength of Atomat. Giana's lathes are known for their robustness and precision in heavy-duty operations thanks to the monolithic bed obtained by casting made in Italy, as Italian are all the machining operations. 

In its modern factories in Remanzacco, the Atomat Group designs and manufactures solutions for the most diverse sectors, including steel rolling, automotive, aerospace, oil and energy, mechanical and hydraulic components, metallurgy, paper and shipbuilding, distinguished by its ability to configure machines according to production requirements, creating multifunctional machines for turning, milling, grinding, drilling and boring.
