Akshay Sonar

Akshay Sonar is a Testing Engineer at Atomberg Technologies since January 2025, focusing on BLDC motor performance testing and providing improvement insights while preparing and reviewing SOPs. Previously, Akshay served as a QMS Engineer at Bonfiglioli India from November 2023 to August 2025, and as a Quality Engineer at Polycab India Limited from July 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included implementing quality control processes that led to a 20% reduction in product defects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quality & Testing Engineer at Lucy Electric, conducting routine tests on SF6 Gas insulated 11kV Circuit breakers, and as a Quality Control Engineer at Pandurang Connectwire Enterprises, where off tests on panels were conducted and corrective actions were implemented. Akshay holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering, Nashik, completed in 2020.
