Netra Patil

Netra Patil currently serves as the HR Operations & People Experience professional at Atomberg Technologies since July 2023, handling tasks such as end-to-end onboarding, induction program adherence, employee engagement, HR operations support, background verification, and backend HRMS activities with Darwinbox. Previous experience includes a role as a Human Resources Intern, focusing on pre-onboarding activities and employee engagement. Prior to Atomberg Technologies, Netra worked as a Student Manager at the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension at Mumbai University from September 2018 to March 2020, managing student progress on projects and volunteering for the training of student managers. Netra holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
