Nipun Agarwal

Nipun Agarwal is the Head of Human Resources at Atomberg. Nipun was previously with Marico Limited, where they served in various roles including Marico Young Board' Member, Head Organization Effectiveness, and Head Total Rewards, Performance Management, HR Operations and HR IT. In their role as Head of Human Resources at Atomberg, Nipun is responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, including manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.

Nipun Agarwal earned their MBA in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and their B Tech in Information Technology from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. Nipun is certified by LinkedIn in Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman and CEB, now Gartner, in Certified OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) Professional.
