Seth Ong has a diverse work experience history. Seth started as a Marketing Intern at Bosch Southeast Asia in 2012 before transitioning to work as a Curriculum Support staff at Juying Primary School in 2016. At Juying Primary School, they were responsible for creating creative resources and curating appropriate educational materials for Higher Ability students.

In 2017, Seth joined ShopBack and served as a part of the Marketing (Campaigns) team, handling daily collaterals, copywriting, and developing campaigns to drive consumer traffic. Seth also assisted the Customer Service team in solving Cashback issues by investigating customer transactional data.

At ShopBack, Seth eventually became a Key Account Manager in 2019, focusing on business development. After leaving ShopBack, Seth joined foodpanda in 2021 as a Strategic Accounts Manager, managing top-tier clients, creating customized strategies, and driving revenue growth through the marketing suite.

Currently, Seth is working at Atome as an Account Management Lead. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Key Account Manager and Team Lead at Atome. Seth was also responsible for leading key account management in the Electronics/Home & Living category.

Seth Ong earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Business and Management from the University of London from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in International Business from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which they completed from 2010 to 2013.
