Frank Laurencio

Chief Financial Officer at Atomera

Frank Laurencio is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Atomera. Prior to joining Atomera, Laurencio served as the CFO for Sycomp from March 2013 to November 2015. Before their time at Sycomp, Laurencio was the CFO for Orbis Global from December 2011 to December 2012. Laurencio was responsible for leading the finance and administration functions while also running a dual track strategic sale and VC financing process that culminated in the acquisition of Orbis by Infor. Laurencio was also responsible for all accounting, reporting, forecasting/planning and internal control during their time at Orbis Global.

Prior to Orbis Global, Laurencio served as the CFO for SmApper Technologies from February 2010 to January 2012. Before joining SmApper Technologies, Laurencio was the CFO for Bubble Motion, Inc. from August 2008 to March 2010. At Bubble Motion, Laurencio was responsible for the financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, and investor relations functions. Frank also oversaw all aspects of the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.

Frank Laurencio attended St. Ignatius College Prep before studying Classics at Princeton University. Frank then went on to earn their JD from New York University School of Law.
