Shuyi Li

Shuyi Li has a strong background in engineering, particularly in the semiconductor industry. They began their career at Micron Technology in 2004 as a Backend Test Engineer, where they developed and maintained production test programs and provided failure analysis. In 2006, they moved to IM Flash Technologies and took on the role of Process Integration Device Engineer, where they provided expertise on NAND operation and led cross-functional teams to solve complex issues. They later became a Parametric (E-test) Engineer Lead, responsible for device characterization and test program development. In 2014, Shuyi Li joined Micron Technology again, this time as a PQA Integration Manager, where they incorporated Micron's PQA process into the FAB16. After that, they joined IM Flash as a 3D-Xpoint cell device Engineer, before moving on to their current position at Atomera as a Principal Engineer. In this role, they closely interface with customers to integrate Oxygen Insertion Epi film into their CMOS flow, while also developing Python scripts for test plan generation and analysis.

Shuyi Li completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2003. They pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution from 2003 to 2004. Shuyi Li continued their educational journey and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Business at Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2012.
