Tyler Germann is an experienced professional with a strong background in naval engineering and management. Serving in the US Navy from March 2020 to June 2022, Tyler held the position of Assistant Reactor Maintenance Manager, leading over 25 technicians in maintaining and controlling various mechanical and steam systems. Tyler also qualified as a Supervisor for the safe operation of naval nuclear reactors during a Naval Nuclear Engineering program and managed a team of 22 technicians in communications equipment maintenance.
