Daniel W. has held various roles in the IT industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Weinhagen Tire Company, where they were responsible for answering calls, responding to emails, and speaking with clients face-to-face, as well as handling customer complaints with empathy and composure. Daniel also trained, mentored, and supervised new staff members. From 2015 to 2016, they held the role of Student IT Technician - Summer at Mounds View Public Schools. Since 2016, they have been employed at Mounds View Public Schools as an Athletics and Activites IT Specialist, providing technical support for students and staff, cataloging, inventorying, and distributing new devices, and helping staff effectively utilize classroom technologies. In 2021, they joined Atomic Data, where they have held the roles of Client Support Lead, Client Support Specialist I, and Service Desk Technician I.

Daniel W. attended Mounds View High School from 2012 to 2016. Daniel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Bethel University, which they completed in 2022.
