Mallory Monge

Mallory Monge is a seasoned change and learning leader with a strong background in organizational development and leadership development. They served as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development, where they established and scaled the company's inaugural Organizational Change Management function while advising executive leadership on transformation initiatives. Previously, they held roles at Atomic Data, progressing from Senior Instructional Designer to Manager of Training and Development, focusing on scaling learning and onboarding strategies. Mallory's career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
