Rob Barber is the Chief Creative Officer at ATOMIC Design Inc, where they have spearheaded fundamental changes in the live event industry since 2014. With a focus on creativity and innovation, Rob has introduced over 125 new products and received 13 industry-related design awards. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President at Avis of PA and held the position of IT Director at Wenger’s Feed Mill, Inc. Rob's influence extends globally, representing ATOMIC at numerous international events, and they actively participate on the Advisory Board of the Parnelli Awards as well as the board of the Lancaster County Community Foundation. Rob holds degrees in Business Management from Penn State University and Computer Science from the Computer and Technology Institute.
