Leah Kim

Leah Kim graduated in 2018 with a degree in Finance & Real Estate. It’s funny because she started off as a marketing major, but because she felt that the marketing classes weren’t challenging enough, she switched over to Finance. Now being at RAD, let me tell you. Marketing is definitely challenging!

After college, she got her Real Estate license & focused on that for about a year. Then, she started applying for jobs online like a mad woman. Knowing that her heart was still in Marketing, she kept her focus on that and eventually found RAD.

RAD is completely different from any other place she worked at because she had never been a part of such a transparent work environment before. She brings this up because she remembers the first day she started, Jeremy casually discussed how much the company was worth in the tiny little office. She would think that that information would be deemed ‘confidential’, at least in front of a new hire, but she quickly learned that nothing is off-limits at RAD.
