Liesl Chang has over a decade of experience in the logistics and growth optimization space. Liesl began their career in 2007 as Strategic Planning and Emerging Businesses for ASM / Integrated Marketing. In 2009, they became the owner of Baus, a web development services company for the SMB market. In 2010, they joined Circle Street, Inc. as Strategic Operations and Business Development, helping Big Brands speak Local. In 2011, they became an Advisor and General Manager for Zipments, a Same-Day Delivery pioneer and leading startup in the on-demand / crowd-sourced delivery space. In 2015, they were recruited by the Founders of Casper to conceptualize and launch Casper White Glove, the first customer-driven logistics infrastructure for the mattress category. Liesl also became an Advisor for Capsule Pharmacy in the same year. In 2017, they were recruited by the CEO of Latch to develop Latch's logistics partnerships, the first of its kind for the smart access category. In 2018, they joined First Round Capital as an Angel Track. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of Atomic Returns. Most recently, in 2021, they were recruited by the CFO/President of Chubbies Shorts for a logistics and growth optimization project, the first of its kind among DTC companies. Liesl led design, scenario planning, and cross-functional team alignment, culminating in a robust network analysis for Founders and C-Suite.

Liesl Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liesl'story from the University of Michigan and has completed graduate-level coursework in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
