Andy Norris, PE, is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product design, development, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at Atomic Semi since January 2024, Andy previously co-founded shadows.dev, a startup focused on enhancing the US Navy supply chain through LLMs and knowledge capture. During a six-year tenure at Cla-Val, Andy held roles as Product Engineering Supervisor and R&D Engineering Specialist, managing new product development and cost reduction initiatives in the Fueling and Marine markets.
