Justin Rubbo

Justin Rubbo currently serves as the CFO and Operating Partner at Atomic since July 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at Third Rock Ventures from June 2018 to July 2023, including Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance. Justin also gained valuable experience at Summit Partners from May 2013 to June 2018 as Assistant Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Earlier in Justin's career, experience at PwC from July 2009 to May 2013 included roles as Asset Management Senior Tax Associate and Asset Management Tax Associate. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Master's in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor's in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
