Trey Botard

Trey Botard has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a CAD/Revit Tutor at Austin Community College. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Designer and BIM Coordinator at Page Southerland Page, Inc., where they were responsible for maintaining 3D models and coordinating the work of various engineering teams. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst at Apex Systems at Apple, Inc., focusing on curating and analyzing data for a mapping application. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Software Developer at Mindtree, Ltd, attending a Full-Stack Engineering Bootcamp and developing a visualization tool with Angular and Java. In 2019, they joined Volvo Group as an Application Developer, working on Java backend development and devising git strategies for CI/CD pipelines. In 2020, they worked as an Application Architect at Signature Consultants, leading a development team and constructing CI/CD pipelines. From 2018 to 2020, they also served as a Technical Team Lead at Code for Greensboro, leading technical initiatives. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Full-stack Developer and Developer Advocate at Fluree, where they focused on documentation, community management, and content creation. In 2022, they became a Developer Advocate at Atomic, and in 2023, they became the Director of Developer Relations at the same company, enhancing customer technical journeys and improving developer experiences. Trey Botard obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from Texas State University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they attended Austin Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD. In 2003-2005, Trey Botard studied at Southwestern University, although their degree and field of study during that period are unknown.
