Andy Webber

Andy Webber has extensive experience in software development and management, currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Technical Director at Atomic since May 2011. In the Technical Director role, Andy managed five teams and fostered a culture of Continuous Improvement, emphasizing best practices and quality enhancement. As Head of Development, Andy focused on team growth and the adoption of agile methodologies. With a background as Lead Developer, Andy led the creation of numerous bespoke web and e-commerce platforms and contributed to mobile app development. Prior to Atomic, Andy held a Senior Developer position at my-wardrobe.com, where work involved a high-volume e-commerce platform, and was the owner of a startup at Sonix Media that developed real-time audio recognition technology. Andy holds a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Nottingham.
