Jonathan Jeffs

Jonathan Jeffs is currently the Head of QA at Atomic, where they lead quality assurance efforts within an Agile team. Jonathan is an ISTQB Certified Tester with a background in both manual and automation testing, having developed a smoke test package that utilizes Selenium WebDriver and Ruby. They previously held various roles at IKEA Group, Experian, and Red Box, where Jonathan acquired extensive experience in IT service management and software quality assurance, including leading teams and implementing testing frameworks. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
