Eleanor Warnock is currently the Communications Manager at Atomico. Eleanor has also previously worked as a freelance writer and translator, a correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, and an intern for Bloomberg LP.

Eleanor has always had a passion for writing and communicating. This led their to pursue a degree from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools. After graduation, they decided to move to Japan and leverage their network there as a freelance writer and translator. Her work includes interviewing executives and managers for the in-house publication of a major Japanese manufacturer and translating texts for the CEO of a major listed Japanese tech firm.

In 2012, Eleanor began working as a correspondent for The Wall Street Journal in Tokyo. In this role, they were responsible for Japanese finance, economic and monetary policy news. Eleanor developed a strong network of contacts with Japanese politicians, bureaucrats, market participants and economists. During their time with The Wall Street Journal, Eleanor delivered several market-moving scoops on Japan's economic policy and $1.2 trillion public pension fund.

Eleanor's experience as a journalist and their passion for communications led their to their current role as Communications Manager at Atomico. In this role, they are responsible for Atomico's external and internal communications, including media relations, employee communications, and events.

Eleanor Warnock has a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
