Tom Elvidge

Tom Elvidge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and energy sectors. Currently a Co-Founder at Synth Solar, a UK solar energy company, Tom focuses on creating a customer-centric and tech-enabled approach to solar installation for both residential and commercial clients. Additionally, Tom serves as a member of the Atomico Expert Network and as an Operating Advisor at AirTree. Tom's advisory roles extend to Sküma Water and various startups and scale-ups. From 2020 to 2023, Tom held the position of EVP Vehicle Platforms at Arrival, and prior to that, served as Chief Operating Officer - EMEA at WeWork. Tom's career includes impactful leadership as the General Manager of Uber UK & Ireland and experience as Vice President of Strategy and Business Design at Goldman Sachs. Tom holds a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham.
