Aaron Weinstein

Aaron Weinstein has over six years of experience in the financial industry, including investment banking, private equity, and business development. Aaron is currently the Chief of Staff at Atomic, a startup accelerator and venture capital firm.

Aaron began their career as a Research Assistant at Harvard Business School, where they worked for two years before moving into the financial industry. Aaron started as a Summer Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services, followed by a similar role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Aaron then spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch before moving into private equity with AIMPERA Capital Partners LLC.

In their current role as Chief of Staff at Atomic, Aaron is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm and works closely with the CEO and other senior executives on strategic initiatives. Aaron also oversees the firm's business development efforts, including its partnerships with other venture capital firms and startups.

Aaron Weinstein attended Newton South High School before enrolling at Cornell University. There, they studied Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management and minored in Spanish before earning their Bachelor's of Science. Afterward, they attended Harvard Business School to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Aaron Weinstein reports to David Dindi, Co-Founder & CEO. Aaron Weinstein works with Bryan Lennon - Director Of Client Services, Brian Ng - Finance, and Josephine van Leeuwen - Strategy & Operations.
