Prajeetha Prasad is a Human Resource Leader with a robust background in business partnering, performance management, and change management. Prajeetha began their career with an internship at Citigroup and progressed through various HR roles at companies such as NEC, Nutanix, and ThoughtSpot, where they held leadership positions focused on employee engagement and organizational strategy. Currently, as the Head of Human Resources at Atomicwork, Prajeetha collaborates with founders to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace. Prajeetha holds an MBA in HR from the Vellore Institute of Technology.
