Ngozi Pole, MBA, Agile, Prosci, is an experienced professional in change management, currently serving as the Director of Change Management and Enterprise Transformation at Atom. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Change Navigation at Oracle, Principal Change Management Consultant and OCM Lead at both the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and Washington Gas, as well as Strategic Organizational Change Manager at TEKsystems.
