Michael Southern-Augustine

Michael Southern-Augustine has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career at Hobsons as a Case Manager in June 2016, where they worked until May 2017. In May 2017, they joined Hobsons as a Campaign Manager, where they worked until October 2017.

After that, they joined QS Quacquarelli Symonds in October 2017 as a Team Lead and later became the Manager of Operations (Student Success) from January 2018 to September 2019. Michael then took on the role of Account Manager from September 2019 to February 2022 at QS Quacquarelli Symonds.

Most recently, Michael has been working at Atom Learning since February 2022. Michael started as an Account Executive and was then promoted to Onboarding Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Onboarding and Teacher Success. Atom Learning is a leading online learning platform aiming to provide high-quality education to children globally.

Michael Southern-Augustine earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and Politics from Queen Mary University of London, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Michael further pursued their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Public Policy from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael has obtained certifications such as Coastal Skipper from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and Rossignol Ski Technician Certification from Skis Rossignol.
