Shakun Ohri

Shakun Ohri, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People and Talent Acquisition at Atomwise since 2021, where responsibilities include leading recruitment and managing hiring processes for various internal teams within the AI-driven drug discovery company. Prior to Atomwise, Shakun held the role of Head of Recruitment/People Ops Advisor at RTA Consulting and served as a Senior Recruiter at Zymergen, where a strong focus was placed on full-cycle recruiting, process optimization, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Shakun's experience also encompasses technical recruiting positions at Hospice By The Bay and Apple, as well as early roles at Bioproduction Summit, Mircom, AESO, and Canada Kingsbridge Education Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Schulich School of Business, along with various professional certifications in recruitment.
