Maya Gans

Maya Gans is an accomplished professional in data visualization and statistical programming, currently serving as the Lead Data Visualization Engineer at Atorus since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Statistical Programmer at Cytel from October 2019 to November 2020, and an intern at RStudio, Inc. for a brief period in 2019. Maya earned a Master of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Wyoming between 2016 and 2020, following a degree in Biology with a focus on Ecology from Florida International University from 2010 to 2013. Additional experience includes consulting on mushroom cultivation at Tomten Farm, where Maya applied a grant to address invasive plant species, and working as a Field Technician at the FIU Aquatic Ecology Lab, contributing to data collection in the Everglades.
