Al Bulkley

Al Bulkley has extensive experience in program and project management within the technology and engineering sectors. From July 1995 to April 2008, Al Bulkley served as Director of the Program Management Office at EDS, leading a team of approximately 60 project and program managers in an infrastructure engineering environment. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems from July 1985 to July 1992, and as Technical Operations Manager at Corning Federal Credit Union from July 1992 to July 1995. Al Bulkley has been a Global Program Manager at Atos since August 2011, overseeing significant global programs with high total contract values, and previously held the position of Project Executive at IBM Global Services from July 2008 to August 2011. Al Bulkley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience and Computer Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
