Andra Rosu is a Business Integration & Service Governance Manager and an Agile certified professional with over 7 years of experience in project and program management. They have held various roles in notable organizations, including Credit Suisse, where they currently ensure the consistent implementation of program management standards across key programs. Previously, Andra has contributed significantly to Atos as a Global Transition & Transformation Quality Assurance Manager, developing and deploying crucial quality assurance processes. They also managed their own business as a certified real estate appraiser for a decade. Andra holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management in Mass-Media and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from West University - Timisoara.
