Birgit Theyer is a Senior Human Resource Manager with over 10 years of experience in leadership roles across multinational companies. They are currently the Director of Human Resources at Atos, where they focus on strategic HR development, talent management, and organizational transformation for over 2,000 employees across multiple countries. Birgit previously held positions such as Head of HR at Saubermacher AG and Authorized Representative at s DIS. They earned an Executive MBA from WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in 2016 and are an internationally certified change project manager and systemic coach.
