Christopher Jones

Christopher Jones is the Head of Infrastructure Operations UKI at Atos, where they oversee services across Data Centres, Networks, and Mainframe business lines for UKI customers. With over 20 years in people and department management, Christopher holds multiple certifications, including ITIL Foundation and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Their previous roles include Head of Mainframe UKI and IT Operations Lead for the BBC account, where they managed large teams in IT Service Operations. Before joining Atos, Christopher held various IT service management positions at Aviva, significantly improving change management processes and team performance. They have also completed a Gold program for business leaders at HEC Paris in 2023.
