Diego Santos

Diego Santos has extensive experience in process management and risk control within the manufacturing industry and infrastructure sectors, having held various leadership roles since joining Atos in January 2008. As the Americas Gerente de Processo, Risco e Ferramentas, Diego oversees the management of business control processes, ensuring adherence to global standards and training for involved personnel. Additional positions include Global Head of Bid Control for Manufacturing and Infrastructure & Data Management, where focus remains on executing bid control processes aligned with global objectives. Diego has also managed sales operations, led major bids, and ensured service delivery meets established quality and service levels. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from USP and postgraduate studies in People Strategy Management, along with a degree in Information Technology Management.
