James Linsangan has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and service management, currently serving as the APAC IT Infrastructure and Service Management Lead and Head of IT & Process at Atos since 2011. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Siemens from 2006 to 2011, including IT Manager, IT Supervisor, and Systems & Network Engineer. Additionally, a brief tenure at IBM in 2010 as IT Infrastructure Leader was complemented by earlier roles as Network Engineer and Technical Services Engineer at kgb from 2003 to 2007. James began his career at Phil-Data Business Systems Inc. from 2001 to 2003 as Team Lead, Product Support Engineer.
