Jane Williams

Jane Williams is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent and performance management. Current role as HR Director for Talent and Performance at Atos follows extensive experience at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Ltd, where Jane served as Head of People Excellence for North West Europe and held the position of Divisional HR Business Partner. Additional expertise includes leadership roles at Siemens Building Technologies Ltd as UK HR Director and at Hitachi Europe as UK Human Resources Manager. Jane holds a BA (Hons) in English from Durham University and has pursued further education through Barefoot Coaching.
