Joan Alexander has extensive experience in the leasing field, beginning as a Leasing Specialist at Courtyards at Bensalem from May 2017 to February 2019, where the focus was on well-maintained, newly remodeled apartments. From March 2021 to October 2024, Joan served as the Leasing Manager for Bala Apartments, a high-rise establishment located in Philadelphia near Central High School and LaSalle College. Currently, since September 2024, Joan holds the position of Leasing Specialist at Atos, working with twocoastliving. Joan completed education at George Washington High in Northeast Philadelphia from 1978 to 1980.
