Jon Fox is an experienced professional in end-user computing and service delivery, currently serving as EUC Manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd. since 2018. In addition, Jon has held the position of Service Delivery Manager I at Atos since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing EUC Tier 2 Support. Previously, Jon was a Team Lead for EUC Tier 2 at both Atos and Xerox, the latter being the inaugural formal management role.
