Katherine Lai

Katherine Lai, MBA, is currently the Head of Industry at Atos, where they lead various transformation initiatives in a contact center environment. With a diverse background as a former Management and Operations Consultant, Katherine has held roles in business development marketing at Proudfoot and operations consulting at Carpedia International. Their early career included experiences such as a substitute teacher and choirmaster at St. Mark Separate School, as well as roles in production and customer service at CBC and Tucows. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Bayes Business School.
