Lorena Tabares has extensive experience in service desk operations and management, currently serving as Head of Service Desk GDC Canarias at Atos since March 2015. Tabares has held multiple key positions within the company, including Head of Service Desk Operations - MCDs, Global Service Owner, WSDS Global Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Tower Service Manager, and Quality Analyst. Prior to Atos, Tabares worked as a help desk agent at serem Consultoría Empresarial and held various administrative roles at Grupo Audio Formación, Autos Mari, CEPSA, and Center Gematel, S.L. Tabares completed a degree at Universidad de La Laguna from 1998 to 2003.
