Mark Mihalik

Mark Mihalik is a retired professional with extensive experience in service and operations management. They served as a Client Delivery Executive at EDS from 2008 to 2011, followed by roles such as Global Service Delivery Manager at Xerox Services and SBU Director at Atos. Mark held the position of Service Delivery Director at Atos from 2016 to 2017 and was the Senior Director - Head of Operations prior to retirement in 2019. Their career began at EDS as a Hardware Manager in Camphill, where they worked from 1977 to 1985.
