Melanie Pearson

Melanie Pearson is an experienced manager in global knowledge management, currently serving as the Manager of Global Knowledge Management at Atos since July 2015. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Xerox from October 2012 to July 2015, focusing on designing and implementing global knowledge management processes in ServiceNow and enhancing support solutions across five countries. Earlier roles included Knowledge Management Program Owner at RTS - Restaurant Technology Services, where responsibilities included redesigning the knowledge management program using KCS methodologies and collaborating with stakeholders to improve content relevance and accuracy. Melanie's career began at SEI LLC in a knowledge management capacity from January 2000 to October 2007. Educational background includes degrees from the University of Minnesota Duluth and Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
