Michael Merrick is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple firms. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University and Baylor University School of Law, respectively, Michael began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Arnold & Freeman, P.C. from November 2003 to March 2007. Following this, Michael held positions as an Associate Attorney at Matthews, Shiels, Knott, Eden, Davis & Beanland, LLP, and as a Senior Associate Attorney at Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo, LLP. Michael continued to advance in the legal field as a Senior Attorney at Cantey Hanger LLP and an Attorney at Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton Nerenberg PLLC. After serving as Corporate Counsel at World Class Holdings and General Counsel at Elysian Capital, Inc., Michael currently holds the position of Vice President & Assistant General Counsel - Americas at Atos, starting in April 2023.
