Raphael Xavier

Raphael Xavier is a qualified IT professional with extensive experience in support and technical roles. Beginning as a Técnico em informática at MR Micro BH from August 2011 to July 2012, Raphael focused on computer assembly, maintenance, and sales assistance. Subsequently, roles included Técnico em Service Desk at todo! Soluções em Tecnologia S.A. and Analista de suporte júnior at Stefanini, both providing support through ticketing systems with established SLAs. Most recently, Raphael worked at Atos as an Analista de suporte pleno, supporting Stellantis with equipment like collectors and Zebra printers.
