Rubin Ootes

Rubin Ootes is an OutSystems consultant and architect at MultiTankcard, with extensive experience in digital solutions and content management systems. Rubin trained in OutSystems architecture design in Lisbon and is currently technical lead for over 90 developers at Atos, where they previously held roles as a principal consultant and architect. Rubin has a rich background as a CTO for several companies, including Net Effect and Things & Time, and has contributed to numerous high-profile projects. They also own Instant Publishing, a company specializing in content management with over 20 years of industry experience. Rubin holds degrees in Interaction Design and Music Technology from Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht and the Instituut voor Sonologie.
