Sofía Somarriba

Sofía Somarriba is currently the Head of Global Operations at Atos, where they lead diverse teams and utilize the Scrum framework for effective project management. Previously, Sofía served as a Scrum Master at BrainWave and TotalTech, where they directed various digital projects and introduced methodologies to enhance team productivity. Their career began as a Sales and Customer Service Associate at TecSUS, where they achieved a record number of closed deals. Sofía holds a B.S. in Innovation and Development Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed an exchange program in Industrial and Product Design at RMIT University.
