Steve Carr

Steve Carr has extensive experience in systems engineering and cloud architecture, having served as Director of Systems Engineering for Voice Networks at Unisphere Networks from 2000 to 2002, and later held key positions such as Cloud Architect at Eviden from April 2023 to July 2024 and Head of Systems Architecture for CBVoIP at Nokia Siemens Networks from April 2007 to September 2010. Carr's career also includes significant roles at Atos, where responsibilities included Cloud Infrastructure Architect and Global Service Architect for Cloud Enterprise Solutions, as well as a tenure as VP of Systems Engineering at Siemens Network Convergence from 2002 to 2006. Early career experience encompasses software engineering positions at ITT Telecom, Siemens Information and Communications Networks, and Standard Telephones and Cables PLC. Carr holds a degree in Computational Science and Statistics from the University of Leeds, earned between 1977 and 1980, and completed high school education at Hulme Grammar School.
