Tom Tsai

Tom Tsai is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project and service delivery management. With a career that began at Motorola, where Tom held roles as IT Specialist and Messaging Lead, the journey continued at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2002 to 2013, serving as Managed Desktop Service / End User Services Manager and later as IT Service Delivery Manager. Since 2014, Tom has been with Atos, currently acting as APAC Regional Project Manager and Head of Workplace / Service Desk / Onsite Desktop Support in Singapore. Tom has successfully navigated complex technology refresh projects and strengthened partnerships in the APAC region, reflecting a strong capability in managing service delivery for major corporations. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies from Queensland University of Technology and has completed a General High School Diploma and an additional diploma in Computer Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
