Christine Tenter is the Head of Digital HR and Rewards at ATOSS Software SE since July 2021, responsible for leading the digital transformation of HR practices, enhancing reporting processes through automation, and implementing a modern Compensation & Rewards strategy. Previously, Christine served as Senior Professional & Teamlead HR Transformation, driving the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and focusing on employee experience and system integration. Early career roles included Lead Consultant at Cyforwards GmbH and Consultant at SearchConsult GmbH, with a background in business development at NGN-Europe SE. Christine holds an MBA in International Business Management and Leadership from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Technische Hochschule Augsburg.
