Dr. Maximilian Hoffmann

Dr. Maximilian Hoffmann serves as the Group General Counsel and Executive Director at ATOSS Software SE since April 2019, overseeing legal, corporate governance, capital market, compliance, data protection, and information security for the publicly listed SaaS provider. Prior to this role, Dr. Hoffmann was a Senior Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance from July 2017 to April 2019, and an Associate at Gleiss Lutz, where responsibilities included litigation, corporate law, and compliance from March 2014 to June 2017.
