Aseem Varshneya is a seasoned accounting and financial professional with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Atotech, Aseem drives business growth and value creation while managing treasury and tax efficiencies. Previously, Aseem held key financial leadership roles at Kalyani Powertrain Ltd and RSPL Group, and has extensive experience in financial planning, compliance, and internal controls from their time at Apollo Tyres Ltd, Ernst & Young, and ITC Limited. Aseem completed the CFO Course in Accounting and Finance at the Indian School of Business in 2024. An avid cyclist and gold medalist, Aseem is also recognized as a rank holder with an All India Rank of 21.
