John Kochilla

John Kochilla serves as Vice President - Americas and Managing Director - North America at Atotech, an MKS Brand, where responsibilities encompass strategic management and operations across North and South America. Notable achievements include leading a private equity carve-out, executing a successful IPO on NASDAQ in 2021, and overseeing the establishment and relocation of plant operations in Mexico. Kochilla's extensive experience includes managing P&L for multiple sectors such as General Metal Finishing, Electronics, and Semiconductor, along with direct leadership of various departments and a workforce of over 400 employees at multiple locations. Additionally, Kochilla holds board positions at American Cutting Edge, Inc. and HPC Fire Inspired, and has a strong background in product and brand management from previous roles at Atotech Group and Owens Corning. Kochilla earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from John Carroll University and an MBA from Winthrop University.
