Marisa Pena is an experienced professional with a focus on supplier risk management and sustainable procurement, currently serving as Senior Manager Supplier Risk & Sustainable Procurement at Atotech, an MKS Brand, since September 2019. In this role, Marisa leads the development of a comprehensive supplier risk management framework for the global MSD division, establishing robust policies and tools to enhance supplier performance. Previous positions include IM&S Procurement Excellence Manager, Procurement Manager for Indirect Spend in Europe, India, and Brazil at Atotech, and Strategic Sourcing roles at H.B. Fuller, where Marisa managed category spends and supplier relationships across the EIMEA region. Marisa's career began at Bosch, occupying various roles including Procurement Technician and Customer Service. Educationally, Marisa holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade de Aveiro and has pursued additional studies at the University of Cambridge and Porto Business School, specializing in Purchasing, Risk, and Management.
